Unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account even after I called them and instructed not to do so. Ripoff

I opened my bank statement yesterday and found a bank draft of a withdrawl for $159.95.

About a month ago I was online applying for a payday advance. Somehow I applied to this company, there were many pop ups and it was very confusing. I realized what happened, this was on 6/17/07. I had called this company when I read about what they planned to do. This was a Sunday, they were closed, so I called first thing Monday morning. I was told the order was cancelled.
Didn't think anything about it until I received the statement.

I emailed yesterday. No response. I called this morning and got ahold of an operator and I was told someone would call me back. No return call. I called another number on the draft 818 487 0672 ext 141 and someone actually answered the phone. They transferred me to Lucious Malveaux at ext 133.

Lucious told me that it's too bad. There (of course) is no record of my call and I past their deadlines. I asked about this preloaded card and I was told that it hasn't been sent but when it does it will have $10 loaded on it. I told him I wanted my money back and basically he said too bad.

I will go back over my cell bill and see if I can locate the call but I am sure that the phone number will not be the same as the one I have been calling today, these people seem like real scam artists.

I can't close my bank account right now.
Has anyone had any success getting their money back with these people?
