Has to be stopped - they are theives

Bank of America has to be stopped. They are robbing us blind and literally getting away with it. They go against thier own policy by throwing a 35.00 fee inbetween a 170.00 debit and 200.00 debit when they should have debited it after a 45.00 debit, just so they can charge a additional 35.00 bucks the next night. They have done that to me numerous times. When i call about it, i get nothing but bullsh*t from thier service reps. The service reps ARE OUTRIGHT LIARS!!! They tell you one thing and when you call them on it they say unfortunately blah blah blah, SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THESE THEIVES FROM TAKING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Any ideas? I have 2 business and 1 personal account with them and it just seems like its a never ending battle with them, if they are not allowing someone to charge on a account where there are not enough funds to cover the amount, or the most recent one is they are returning a authorized debit amount back into your account that very night instead of holding the funds for 3 days as per thier policy, thus allowing someone else to authorize against those funds. I can't take it anymore, something has to be done about them. Bank of america customers we have to stand together and fight these theives.
