Aurora Loan Services miscalulations of impound account Ripoff

Aurora Loan Services (ALS) increased our impound account by ~$800/month at the earlier part of this year with very short notice. They didnt deduct enough funds last year and are compensating for last years error and deducting more money to cover for this year. With the huge monthly increase, we were not be able to sustain and were forced to put our home of two years on the market. As you know, the real estate market is soft right now. Our home is in contract now, but we are paying ~$50k out of pocket. Something we would have not done had our mortgage payment been what was originally quoted.

This isn't fair and should be against the law. Anyone else run into something similiar or filing a class action suit?
