Payments Withheld and Put in Suspense Account by Servicers

First, Matrix withheld several months of payments, and forced me to pay them several thousand dollars to keep possession of my home. Then they turned the loan over to Dovenmuehle and they represented themselves as a new mortgage company.

Unfortunately, the vicious cycle repeated itself. Dovenmuehle withheld six months of payments, putting them into suspense account to try to make it appear as though I have not made payments. I have proof of payments, and yet they are still forcing me to pay an additional payment almost equal to mortgage payment. They will not contact me or send me any statement showing payments, nor will they send me a payment book.

Having to comply with their unjust court orders, has created much hardship, stress and duress. This has been a three year ordeal. I am a teacher, therefore, money is low.

They want my property and equity because property values have escalated dramatically in this area. Help
