They keep charging my visa when i cancelled the same day i applied for a credit check Ripoff

I applied for a credit check through a company online. It was only suppose to cost a dollar. I called the same day to cancel and I am still being charged a dollar. I tried to call the number, it says to go to "savingssmart.com" when I went there it gave me your information. I want the charge to stop. Please help me stop them from charging my account.
