Same thing with me! I do not check my account very often (my fault) but when I did, I seen month after month of $1.00 taken from my account, have no ideal what they offer, nor have I been to their web site, nor bought anything with my so called "membership"! I called the number, gave them a "ear full" and demanded that they stop billing me, which they did. Fast forward, again less than a year later I was checking my account online, and there it was AGAIN, $1.00 charge, same company. This time instead of calling them, I went to their site, and sent a online request demanding that they stop with this so called membership, effective that day! I received a reply the next day confirming that it was cancelled. I thought to myself, great, finally! Well I check my account a few days later, and damned if they did not hit my account for yet another $1.00 the same day my membership was cancelled! I got online and sent them a rather nasty email demanding that they refund my dollar as they where thieves for stealing my dollar on the same day that I had cancelled my membership, and that I had their cancellation email and confirmation number, and I did get a email stating that the dollar would be refunded, and it was. Now I am holding my breath and checking my account on a regular basis as I know for sure that it will be attacked yet again in the future! So all of you please be aware, it will happen again! Yes it is only a dollar, but add it all up, a dollar from hundred of thousand of people for NOTHING is a huge paycheck on their part, for providing NOTHING to its so called members. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them!
