Privacy Matters
Useless credit report advertising

Miscellaneous

I tried using privacy matters to check on my credit, they charged my credit card a buck, then their other website "savingsmart.com" also charged me a buck after i sent e-mails to cancel and after i got NOTHING from the website. That's right, nothing, no credit report, no information on my credit, nothing, you just click on the site and you get the runaround for a buck.

The advertising claims you get a free credit report for a dollar processing fee, don't even try it. They got my credit card number and info and even after i cancelled through e-mails, they still charged my card, and i got nothing.

Oh and forget about trying to get them on the phone, all they have is a recording that is another run around. Makes me wonder how many people have donated a dollar to these useless scammers. So beware of privacy matters and savingsmart.com.
