Took a money order for a deposit to help me obtain a federal grant, and they are unable to be reached now. Ripoff

AC Financial offered me help in obtaining a Federal Grant to start a small buisness. AC Financial had a woman under the Name of Judy Price contacted me back after I applied on line to a website that I felt was legit and she walked me through steps to obtain a Federal Grant, or so I thought. I was told to sent a fee in a money order form, that would be used as a deposit and that it would be returned to me as soon as all my paper work was or was not excepted. I am no longer able to get in contact with Judy Price and AC Financial.
