Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I had received a phone call assuring me I would receive a credit card with a 2500. Limit. I was told I would be receiving a package in the mail and if I agreed I would be billed 99.95 for a membership fee and 59.95 processing fee. Time went by and I didn't receive a package and I had been assured nothing would be taken from my checking account until after I had had a chance to review the package.

I had the amounts taken from my account without ever receiving my package, I called the company and requested my money refunded. They told me to mail them a letter of complaint and that if I faxed a copy of my letter and a postage receipt I would have my money refunded within 48 hours. That was last Tuesday and I have yet to receive anything from them. I called them yesterday again and was told I had to fax a copy of my postage receipt again and my money would be refunded. I tried to fax yesterday and at 11:00 pm last night and again at 6:00am this morning and there is no response on their line.

Apparently it is busy. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
