Payoff quote changed repeatedly and check returned

I wrote to Fairbanks capital corp for a pay off on my home loan, they sent me a figure of 35,000 which I didn't agree with they argued said it was right, a week later they sent me a revised Quote of 32, ooo which I agreed with so I sent out a check a week later they called and said that amount was wrong and I owed them 500 more dollars and they were going to send my check back and I would be responsible for accrued interest a week later I got another letter saying I owed 35,000 all I want to do is pay my loan off and this company can't even give me the right amount for me to send if this company can't figure out how much I owe them how in the world can they do the accounting on a large scale it seems to me they're purposely trying to avoid me paying them so I will have to keep paying them interest.

I've called the Ph. Number listed but always am told to call back or put on hold it seems like a night mare wanting to pay off a loan and no one will accept it.
