Ripoff mis-appropriated funds causing late fees and distress for more than 6 months sacramento california

We have mortgage payments through this company. It is a good idea to see what is going on with your account on-line. When i first noticed the discreptancies was in march. I clearly mark each check with intended amounts and where to be applied. This company, divided out the checks to where they wanted them to go, causing late fees, incomplete mortgage payments and a hassle for the past 6 months. I have spoken to supervisors every month, they have assured me that the problem has been corrected. Well, low and behold, the next month is the same or even worse. No disrespect to the customer service personnel, but this problem is more than they can handle. They get snippy when you ask for the supervisor. I have told them over and over again with dates, check numbers, and what they were suppose to do with those funds, but they still can't get it straight... It has been 6 months, and i still have to check on them... They are still in the process of removing late fees... Makes you wonder. What would have happened if i didn't spot their bookkeeping on my on-line account!!!
