Ripoff Unfair Collection Acts

I received a loan from Cashcall and to this date I regret it. My father past away and I fell on hard times. I started receiving the calls from Cashcall. I told them not to call my work place they would wait a week later have another rep call my work place. One rep even sent a fax to my job which everyone could see asking me to sign a new loan. One rep left a message on another co-workers phone number because we had the same first name. So yes she knows all of my business. Another Rep called and stated that if I didnt contact her she was going to contact my supervisor. This has occurred on many occasions.

I moved job locations and they found me called my job again. The Reps name was Toni. I told Toni I didnt want calls to my job. Unfortunately, I was calling her from my work cell because I work in the field. I received a call from Tony stating that I made arrangements that I didnt make. Tony called about 3 times on my work cell after asking her not to do so. I told Toni that I was having financial problems. Toni stated that I know that you cars were repossessed this morning. How did she know this at 5:00p. M the same day.

I received a call today, 06/04, from Kassey. Kassey stated that she knows that it was my work cell phone but she needed to talk. I told her that I could not talk on this phone and I hung up. Kassey called right back and said she needed to talk to me. I hung up again. Kassey called back a third time. I asked Kassey for her last name and she refused. I asked Kassey for her address she laughed and gave me my work address. I asked Kassey for her fax number. Kassey started talking about the bill and hung up. This must end. I faxed over a letter to Cashcall requesting to stop calling. I then went to the mail box with my last $5.00 to send a certified letter. Cashcall has also sent reps to my home. Once Christmas Eve and about a month ago. I am hoping that the calls stop and Cashcall coming to my home.

If anyone is going to do a class action law suit please let me in.
