Ripoff dishonest ripoffs evil dirt bags false promises fraudulent

I used a cash station in joliet owned by LaSalle Bank

I withdrew 100.00 from my TCF checking account back in april.

I got my bank statement and the charge went through twice once on 4/7/02 and then once again a week later.

I called the bank after I caught the mistake. She had me fax a letter to their reg dept. Months passed by no one called or sent me anything.

I had been calling them to see what was going on asking if there was anything else I could do. Just sit tight is what I was told it takes awhile.

I get a letter from their reg dept telling me it was a authorized transaction s ince no invalid pin attempts had been made.

After reviewing the facts they came to this conclusion. I was furious I requested all documents they used to supposibaly investigate this theft on my account.

I get one sheet from and attitude also fromt this women that handled it. I called LaSalle Bank and the branch manager informed me that TCF should of had me go to their branch and fill out a form that would be a binding order for them to have the tapes pulled from their bank to view the date in question.

The only way the money could have been pulled from a machine is if someone actually had my card and pin number and no one did. The other possiable way was a teller was out of balance and put the charge through twice so he or she would balance.

I went to the tcf bank in frankfort and filled out the form that should have been filled out in the first place and have not heard anything from them.

This second withdrawl of 100.00 caud 160.00 in NSF. So I lost 260.00.

I have had many misc. Charges showing up on my account due to the whole credit debit thing also.
