I thought when they reposses your vehicle they should give you the opporty to pay the balance? Not sell it at auction for $11,500 less that what I owed!

Hello, My Name is Aretha I had a repossesion from Centrix back in September of And I called them to pay the amount I was behind to get my vehicle back, and they would not even listen to me, they kept saying that the vehicle is on its way to be auctioned. I told Centrix that must be illegal, that they must allow to pay the balance. I was shunned and told that I should have paid my bills on time and that they don't care about my situation. I asked to speak with a manager and I kept getting disconnected. I can't believe they didn't allow me to get the belongings out of the vehicle.

I was outraged, but to no evail still unable to get my belongings or pay the balance. After is was all said and done, I received a letter from Centrix stating the vehicle was sold at auction, now with everything interest rate, I owed centrix for my total loan $ 18,900.00 so anyways the letter states the vehicle had been sold at auction for GET THIS $ 7,000.00 and they expected me to pay the balance. I called them up and told them where to go how dare they not give me the chance to pay my balance. I called them two days after the repossesion took place. And they still refused. I couldn't believe it what kind of company is this? I need to seek some legal advice. What do you think?
