Chase Manhatten Bank
Rip-offs and poor customer service

Business & Finance

I've a money account or 'spend card' consideration that's through Chase Manhatten lender. I inadvertently went my pay card damaging $6 and alter-How this could actually occur is beyond me (evidently permitting a merchant account to operate damaging is just a large supply of income). Okay good-I ought to have examined my stability before I visited Taco Bell. They charged me $25 for facility then later that evening I had been billed another $25 for not getting my account present!??? I named their "customer support" that will be an outsource office situated in India. Obviously, none of the problems that I'm referring to were managed. The person that I spoke to possibly couldn't assist me or wouldn't assist me-all I requested was the minute cost for $25 be corrected. He explained they'd do a study and somebody might contact me within 10 business days. Does this lender comprehend customer support?

What about a bank card that don't permit you to facility? I understand its likely. Its a small little bit of programming-some application modifications.

I intend to contact the bank guild and document a criticism. I've had many run-ins with Chaseis "customer support" department. For this day-not just one of the problems that I'd have actually been solved by their workplace in India. Bad Language along with a serious situation of impotent workers. Why can you contact these folks customer support representatives when they do not have the capability to manage an issue about the telephone.
