Bad customer support

I opened an I.R.A. With H & R Block Lender whilst having an area H & R Duty support do my tax return. I had been not able to access my very own consideration and after attempting to contact your lender to correct out the issue all I acquired was the countless run-around. I actually submitted a written criticism to Customer Support detailing the issues I experienced. Which was per month before! I've not gotten any reaction from your own lender or your so-called Customer Support. I've also utilized twice to possess my I.R.A. Moved from your own lender to a different facility due to your clearly disorganized service.

Lets see if this criticism creates any reaction from you folks!
