CAPITAL FIRST Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent ripoff liars victimized us

I was contaced on saturday august 10 by capital first bank telling me i had been turned down for credit in the past but after reviewing my file again they have decided to grant me a "unsecured" mastercard with a credit limet of 2500.00 with zero interest for 1 year all i had to do was pay for shipping and handeling 29.95 so i agreed since i am trying to rebuild my credit it did seem like a good idea but after talking with a coworker i found out its a scam with a membership fee and on top of that its a pay as you go credit card... Not what was explained to me by the rep

So i called tuesday and cancelled the card however after looking @ my bank statement online i noticed they had withdrawn more than what i had agreed to so i called the company who was no help they stated that there fees were nonrefundable i explained to the rep that they never shipped anything to me and therefore i didnt see why they should charge me shipping and handeling fees if they never shipped anything furthermore i did not agree to them taking more than 29.95 and allso the fact that i had never applied for credit with capital first...

By that time i was pissed so i demanded to speek to a supervisor who siad the only thing she could advise me to do was send a letter requesting a refund but that they have a strict no refund policy...

I only agreed to 29.95 and they took 53.74 does anyone know what i can do
