Dont let them get away with your money

After applying online for a Capital One card online i got a phone call saying I got approved I asked The guy on the phone Is this Capital One? The one I applied for online I was told YES, So thinking it was capital one I agreed to the $200 to be takin out of my checking account (they had all my info) The money was debited on a friday, well the next tuesday I went online to the Capital one website to see if I could find out how long it would take to recieve my card, they had no idea who i was I then came here to usacomplaints.com When next to capital one I seen Capital Financial when I read the reports My stomach turned I new then I had been scamed.

I called them cap fin and told them they ripped me off I was mislead to believe you were cap one I was sent to customer service The guy I spoke with there admitted to me They buy our information and he said he and is aware that they use capital ones name to mislead people, he said he was just doing his job He told me To get a refund I had to send them a letter which I did by certified mail requesting a refund or I was going to take legal action. I then went to my bank and told them this company mislead me to believe they were someone they were not (they took the money out of my account as capital one) I filed a claim with my bank the ach put the $200 dollars back in my bank acct.

I also filed a claim with the BBB and within a week got an email from the BBB from cap fin saying they would give me a full refund within 10 to 15 days its only been 3 days So just waiting now but I do have it in writing
