Lead me to believe this was a credit card from capital one and it could be used to purchase anything Ripoff Florida

I was contacted by this credit card company. I thought it was Capital One. I agreed for them to draft two one hundred dollar drafts out of my banking account. Then I recived the acceptance letter to sign that I ageed to the terms and conditions when I realized it was not Capital One. I contaced Capital Finacial to ask for a refund and tell them I was misslead. They said I was not and I have written two letters asking for a refund and was told no both times. They sent me a letter telling me if I change my mind I could still accept their terms and also recived a coupon for the amount of three hundred dollars to use to purchase items form their catalog.
