GE Money Bank
GE Money Bank thinks I'm dead and can't fix it!

Business & Finance

Twelve days before my Wal Mart charge card, evidently possessed by GE Money Lender, was refused. After I called Customer Support I had been informed I had been dead. It's obtained 12 times, to date, to phone, ask them to correct the mistake after which, 24 hours later, view it fall-back in to the dead heap. I had been amazed to understand all of the people I talked with are not even yet in the united states and did not realize time-zones! I had been provided various hours of procedures from various affiliates. They do not actually understand once theyare AVAILABLE

I had been informed that after I posted a Death Certification for my late spouse (2 yrs ago) they mightnot complement her title or social protection number (though, in those days, they shut her account and approved my cost for them) so that they matched the tackle and shut the only real current account. I shut my spouse's consideration 8 weeks after her death. Our bill have been shut in the last thirty days.

I Have been disconnected from being placed on store for too much time, have now been informed 4 occasions that my consideration was fixed BUT STILL am not able to utilize my Wal Mart Bank Card. I was informed they delivered a notice towards the Credit Agencies that I am not really lifeless, but that it'd get 30-45 days to fix that mistake.

I Have never experienced such ineptness and mess! GE Money Lender, have it together and obtain many people who are able to execute their responsibilities PROPERLY!
