Problems with flood insurance!

While our mortgage was offered to Lender of America, we were nearly instantly informed we'd be asked to bring flood insurance. I attempted to speak with customer support by telephone and communication but was greatly overlooked. I had been offered a flood insurance plan at over $600 each year. I attempted to speak with Lender of America wondering why my home have been recognized as being in a flood plain. I eventually got your hands on somebody within the second-year of the flood insurance plan and was informed by them that It was as much as me to show that I had beennot in a flood plain. I expected them where the evidence was that I had been and was overlooked. Lastly at the start of the 3rd year I employed a surveyor who confirmed I had been no-where near a flood plain and that I delivered the statement to Lender of America. Without so much being an apology they informed me that fresh info had appeared about my home, that it had been not in a flood plain. At that time I required compensation for that 2 yrs of flooding insurance and also the price of the study, an overall total around $1500. I never noticed a term from their store, no apology, move leap within the river, or any type of an answer. Be assured when the boot were about the additional base, I'd have compensated through the nose.
