Promised to save our home and did nothing. OUR HOUSE WAS SOLD FROM UNDER US ripoff Clearwater Florida

We paid $1,200 for them to help deal with our mortgage company so we could keep our house. The promised this was a government program and the mortgage company had to comply. They lied. When we were served with sale notification they promised the sale date was post poned. THEY LIED.

When they told us to not pay the Mortgage company, because it would be refinanced, via forebearance, or loan modification, it went on our credit history and the house was sold anyway. They lied. When they told us to not speak to the lender because they would atempt scare tactics to get money that would never be applied to the home, we did everything they said. They lied. The lender was willing to work with us to keep the home, but we never knew that because, THEY LIED.

The first thing I did when I elected to use this company to save our home, and keep a roof over my four children's heads, was check this site. No one has ever reported them before.

I even recomended them to a friend and she too, lost her home. She will file a report when she regains internet access after her move.

BEWARE these people will promise you and take your money, but never do a thing that they claim. They stole my $1,200 and my home.
