I also provide unauthorized costs out of this organization 2 costs for 106.90 on 4/30/07 and INCH for 89.90 on 5/18/07. The cost exhibits as REVENUESHIELD with incomplete telephone number. I named the charge card organization plus they explained it had been extremeleanrx - Their site: extremeleanrx.com doesn't have any contact info, only a type to complete - that weam sure does not visit anybody.

It's on the LEARN card - I'm thinking when the additional grievances were likewise UNCOVER cards - as perhaps they compromised into that program???
