Ripoff Unauthorized Charges

I discovered a charge on my bank account for $84.95 the other day and called the 866 number listed on my statement. The recording directed me to their website where I had to create an account and submit a "ticket" stating my request. I have created an account three different times now because every time I try to log-back on to check on my ticket it seems my password never matches. I look back at my account information once I have created another profile and it is some long password not even close to the information that I have entered, you can't change it to the correct password and you can't copy it to paste in the sign-on. I have printed out each "ticket" for proof that anything has been submitted.

No one from the company has acknowledged my request for reimbursement due to unauthorized charges to my account for a product that was not requested or ordered. I have never heard of extremen lean rx or adiprene rx. I have never ordered a "trial" sample with the understanding that if I did not cancel this request before another order was received I would not receive a refund. I am still puzzled as to how they got my account information and how to receive my refund. I have filed a complaint with IC3. Gov and also with my bank.
