Ripoff, Holds funds from an online transaction and gives me multiple excuses

I signed up as an online merchant and was approved and was set to start processing transactions as an online merchant. After testing some of my own credit cards on my system to make sure they processed correctly the ended up closing my account. They are holding funds from the credit card transaction. I've run my course trying to get a clear answer from them.

After continuing to get the run around from them for weeks I ended up having to go with another processor. I have yet to see any funds from my own credit transactions. No one there will give me a straight answer. It would cost more to take legal action than the funds are worth. I'd be interested in a class action lawsuit.
