Of Oregon account ripoff

We bank with bank of america in Banden Oregon and I have had more problem then i care to say. But when we deposet a Walmarts payrolle check and then for some reasion every thing we pay for with a check card bounce that was it we found out that every time we go in a cash and deposet our pay they would put a week hold on the check. Now I can under stand a small town store this happening to but Walmart's that is the bigest chane store in the US
I also had a personal checking account that my goverment checks went into every month and thesame thing would happen they would put a week hold on it and all of a sudden I was very much over draffted well I tried to deposet more funds and no one could tell me why Icould not add funds.

After two months of calls e-mails and all I found out the bank manger had put a hold on the account and no funds cound go in or out. Well when the fee's went over 400 doller I really started to ask why I cound not put any thing in. I was told the accound was closed and that there was no way to put in any funds that the account was locked frozen.

The next thing I get is a collection calls me and demands I pay all the fee's for this account. I told them to unlock my account and I would be glad to add the funds. But since I was locked out of the account and I could not add or take out that all the $400 in fee was there problem not mine.
