Harassment is not word for it

I was over extended and at my overdraft limit when their payment came due. I am not yet 30 days late and yet have had 126 phone calls and/or messages from them all in the last 25 days! I have called them back each time and talked with them yet the calls continue and continue... THEN they sent a letter stating I owe $448.10 and if I pay before the 15th of this month I will not incur a late charge EXCEPT it was post marked May 22! Where they are getting $448.10 is beyond me and no one will explain it - just that I owe it! Their collectors are rude and obnoxious!

One, I actually thought he was going to have a brain vessel burst as he was literally screaming at the top of his lungs and I was yet to be 10 days late! They break the law at every turn - you may leave a message to contact any company only 1 time per day on a voice mail or recorder - not 6 all within 3 hours! I have them all recored on my phone bill and my caller ID (although it is quickly running out of room).

Also, after speaking with someone - it is against the law to call again the same day; yet I receive numerous calls (mostly hangups because their people DO NOT know how to use an automatic dialer) and/or messages after I have spoken with one of their people. I think it is time to get a lawyer for harassment and repeated verbal abuse. Let alone this is a 99.8% loan!
