$10 taken out of my checking account

On May 5 $10.00 was billed to my bank account. The cost was from WLI Consumers Discount CTUS at 800-889-8776. Why the cost? I really donot understand. I named them-but they don't understand what I had been speaking and got really hateful with me. I've a sense that it's to get a consumers account. I'm like this I had been cheated. I had been billed in April $9.95 and that I named subsequently to stop it. However now they not just didn't stop however they up the cost with a nickel. If this isn't solved, I'll visit the larger authorities.

I really donot think that you're permitted to con the elderly citizen and that I am a senior. Next, I'm confirming it to Aarp fo that they'll alert another people and find out when they might help me with this particular.
