Write-Off Shown on Credit Report While Deed of Trust Remains

On my credit report select portfolio servicing has write off and profit and loss. I don't know exactly what that means. So I went to the court house and they still have a deed of trust. I am almost ninety years old and I need some answers.
They have all my 2.910 acres tied up with the 1982 mobile home. Which is very detoriated. Really it is not livable. Please some one help.
