I am a homeowner who retires in three years. I have been slapped with a foreclosure on my home. Select Portfolio Servicing has said that I am three months behind in my payments. I have proof that I am not behind and they still want to foreclose on my house. I am not really sure what to do, but if anyone can help, please.
