Ripoff dishonest basically stole 1200.00 from us

This is what they advertise Mortgage Second-Chance and it also says that "we help those who fall behind" and they claim they will lower your monthly mortgage. We have been told we needed $4500 to come up our monthly house payment went up $250.00 and that at the end of contract they want a bloom payment of $7000.00. We were told that worse case scenario would be for a downpayment would be $1690.00 and our payments would remain the same. We paid $1200.00 for this service. Now they won't even call or email us. We still need plenty of answers but we don't know how to get them.
