My husband and I got a post card from F.A.S. They said they could help us with our house we had been in foreclosure and had gotten on a repayment program with our morgage holder for a good bit more than we had been paying. FAS said they could get us a better deal and lower our monthly payments back down to what they use to be for a fee of $1200.00. FAS told my husband that even though we were already in a program that our morgage holder had to work with them and they could get results. They told use to stop paying and have no contact with our morgage holder. So we paid them the $1200.00 Well a couple of weeks later we got a call from our mortgage holder stating that no one had been in contact with them. Well the rest is history, our home is now in foeclosure and we are going to lose our home.
