Took are money for all fees but never did anything

We joined this program in 2003 we paid all there fees and they have done nothing. Know we are being sued from the compaines that we turned in. And they have all are money and we have nothing but people calling and sueing us. I have called and called and get no help from them and i can not get back my 3000.00 i have paid them... Help!!
