Debt Settlement USA Ripped Me Off Too!
They have $2000 of mine and I have $2500 in late fees and a poor credit score

We wish we knew about this website before I joined DSUSA. We're entering our 7th month with DSUSA, and so far they have a little over $2000 of my money. We have over $2500 in late fees. My wife's credit score has from 705 down to 610. My score has gone from 640 to 580. So far, only one of our 6 credit cards has sued me, if that's hardly good news. At the time of enrollment we were current on even debt we have, but weren't getting anything paid off. So, I decided to call DSUSA and see if they could help me get rid of my debt, big mistake.

They talked us into stopping all payments to my credit cards so we can save money and they can offer a settlement.in the mean time, all they have done is take our money and send out limited POA forms, in which none of my creditors claim to have received. Our situation keeps getting worse and they tell us everything is going as planned and will be ok. Now we have a lawsuit against us and they tell me I don't have to go to court!? I wish I seen this website before I joined.

I am sending my opt out letter today. We can't get any of our fees back, our credit is ruined, and now we're in further debt than when we started because of late fees. If anyone out there has any advice for me or is planning to go into a class action lawsuit please contact us. I am looking for an attorney this week.
