I had a capital one card and i got in financial bind, so i stopped paying on it. It went to collections and marcadis and associates picked it up. They have harrasssed me for ever. Well now they have sent me a letter regular mail not certified telling me i have to send them all of my financial statements within 20days or i'm going to jail or my wages will be garnished and it is signed and approved by a judge in jacksonville. Florida. What can i do? I need advice?
