Visa Without permission pulled $159.95 from bank account, leaving me without groceries Internet

I was contacted on the 2nd of April by a telemarketer from EDP; she went on and on and then put me over to another agent; when they told me the price, I said, "I am not interested."

They gave me a # to call if I needed to cancel. Said I had 30 days; I called the next day and cancelled the transaction.By then it was too late for on the fifth of April, my account had been charged out.

O.K. I call the "Live Chat" they charge you for that; so I tried the email, it does not receive or cannot be sent.

I try the 800#, that is cool, only available M-F, PST 9-5.. Thing is. No one comes on the line or you are put on hold.

I have filed with the FTC, my bank of course, the Wyoming Attorney General's Office and Rip-Off.

This company needs to be shut down and I tell you what there are some good attorneys out there handling other scams. If enough of us are victimized, perhaps he will see it and pick this one up too.

Oh, if you think the person reporting the BBB is out of line; my friends, he/she is right on target!

If you think the three credit bureaus do much to correct your credit when there is an obvious mistake... Think again.
