(Monica Hassaballa) she took my money! Liars! Rip-off!

I obtained a loan thru Quicken Loans in April and everything went very smoothly until after closing. I should have known something was wrong because things went too smoothly. I went to draw from my Home Equity Line of Credit and was told it was $1834.71 less than it should have been so I started trying to figure out why.

Well, I found out that their inept employee Monica Hassaballa says she called the county I live in to check to make sure my taxes were up to date and she says they told her they were not. I do not believe this is true. Now, my taxes are going to be due June 1st and there will be a duplicate payment and I have to do the foot work to get MY money back, she will take no responsibility at all.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE QUICKEN LOANS. They are liars and they will tell you whatever you want to hear to give them your business. Avoid quicken loans!!
