Privacy Matters
Fraudulent charges, no customer service Ripoff Des Plaines

Business & Finance

I enrolled in Privacy Matters for their "trial offer" months ago when shopping to buy a house. I NEVER received any services from them, not even the 'free' credit report they promised.

Since then, they have charged my debit card $18/month. I have phoned repeatedly to try to cancel this service, but no one ever answers the phone. I have contacted my bank, and been told that until I speak to the vendor there is nothing they can do.

Why doesn't someone sue the s* out of this company in a class-action suit, and save the American Public from what is clearly intended to be an entirely fraudulent endeavor??? Ambulance chasers? Anyone in Legal services?
