Ripoff ripoff fraud business

I have no credit history and this company first sent me a authorisation card and it asked me to call immediately to get the special deal. The customer service woman asked me if I wanted to establish my credit. They said I could get $7500.00 credit approval and it would be interest free. I would be receiving my catalogue and card soon. And I was informed that all i had to pay was the membership fee of $199.99 and I would receive my card and catalogue. And also a cash on demand for $200.00 which was their way of returning my membership fee to me.

To date I have not received anything at all and when I try to call the 1-800-7604045 or 1-800-642-1760 no one picks up the phone and the second number has a peculiar tone. I then proceeded to check on the web to see if I could find out anything about them and found your site. Thank you. I have since called my bank and pray that all goes well.

I have also since stopped payments as I received a receipt in the mail a couple of days ago stating that I will be billed another 99.90 for Credit Protection Shield, $99.90 for Purchase Security Guard and $99.00 for Annual fee??? And the Credit protection and Purchase Guard is on a free 30 day trial period? If it is free why do I have to pay that outrageous sum?
This should be published in the newspapers or on the news? Scary and it is awful for credit history establishers like myself.
