Ripoff fraud sent unrequested credit card

They sent a credit card stating that there was no approval or credit check required for a $6,500 credit limit with no interest rates ever. I had cash on-demand. That they would offset their standard membership fee of $200 with my first purchase of over $500.

They would also give me another $100 in credit with any other purchase over $200 to offset their standard $99 annual fee.
