I havent actually been ripped off by this company, however I did work for Capitol Credit Alliance. This is a horrible company to deal with.in training, they handed every trainee a lawsuit and asked that we not do anything in this lawsuit or we would be held accountable. The lawsuit is from the first company these people opened.

This company promises customers their accounts will not be charged IF they call to cancel within 14 days. The representatives fully disclose all information about what is going to be charged and what is going to happen. Although they read it so fast noone catches that their bank account is going to be charged $199.99 for a one time lifetime membership fee, $99.00 for credit protection shield, $99.00 for purchase security guard, $90.00 annual fee, and $20.00 for rush processing (which doesnt even exist).

THIS IS NOT A CREDIT CARD. It is a membership to a catalogue shopping club. The magnetic strips on the cards are fake. They have several corporation names. Capitol Credit Alliance, Capitol Credit Services, Allstate Check Cashing just to name a few.

I took calls of people standing at ATM machines trying to get "Cash On Demand"."Cash On Demand" is a lot like a payday loan company. The most I had seen anyone approved for was about $100.00.

If you do use the catalogue {which is where you have $6500.00 intrest free credit} the shipping charges are as much or more as the item costs in the catalogue. Most of the people in the catalogues (models) are people that also take phone calls.

I feel sorry for not only the people that have been taken advantage of by this company, but all the employees who work for this company. It is like a prison in this buisness. Cameras watching you from 15 spots in every room. They have also opened a little convience store in the front called "One Stop Cafe" where employees can charge groceries, diapers, lunch and they are ripping the employees off this way.

Hopefully something can be done about this company and all the other corperations in the Las Vegas area doing buisness like this company. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to this company. It amazes me how easily people would give their checking account #'s, social security #'s, addresses, phone #'s and then ANWSER YES TO 10 QUESTIONS allowing these vultures to pillage their checking accounts.

DO NOT Call them when you receive the flyer in the mail. Throw it away. If you call them, do not anwser yes to any questions. Without a deffinate YES to all 10 questions, they cannot hold you to anything. Every call is recorded. They have the ability to listen to these recordings, and cancel your account.

If you already have signed up, as SOON as possible call back and cancel (Like 5 minutes ago). DO NOT extend the debit date. Make them cancel it no matter what they say. Keep in mind, the employees hear every story under the sun, so dont give a sob story, just make them cancel. Stay on the phone until they tell you you account has been canceled.

Remember this, This companies owners never step foot in the buildings. Pat Foster is NOT a real person. This comapny was born while the owner was in prison for the company he had prior to this. DO NOT do buisness with this company. DO NOT get a job with this company.
