SCAM They have already charged my bank fraudulently ripoff business

I received a First National Card. Later I received a call from someone representing the Consumer Credit Services. The individual spoke hurriedly and to be honest I did not understand have of what he said.
Later i received a receipt where they stated the fees they were going to charge me. The company is charging me membership fee, payment security fee, credit protection fee, annual fee, and rush processing fee. These included a membership card, a payment security fee, a credit protection shield, an annual fee, and a rush processing fee, totallying approximately 520.00 dollars.
I went to my local bank and told the membership fee had already been requested and sent. I honestly do not remember giving them my checking account. Also i am not sure of where and how I can use the card as I have not seen any stores that accept it or any products that you can buy with it.
