Paid j. K harris 3000.00 10, done nothing! Ripoff

Paid 3000.00 10, meet with mr. M. Shafer at the independence, ohio office. Mr. Shafer told us to file nocollectable[could not make 20,000 a year for 10 years then every thing would be settled. Irs just told us nocollectable would not clear the debt. We called j k harris to redue our contract. They gave us a new tax consalten maie nem in flordia. She sent new contract not showing the 3000.00 already paid.

I have been calling her for a week she wont return my calls, i called her supervisor still no call back as of 3-15. Prior was with tedra cook in n. Charleston, sc at 4995 lacross rd.

For the past year she would do nothing but jerk us around, she keep wanting our finance information every few months, she tell me she has everything in a few months i call she claim she needed something again. Never notafied irs j k harris was repersenting us until i called irs about yhe liens being put on us, and a bill 1,389.48. She finally sent them the noncollectable info. [the past month or two this was done].
