Fees, no support?

I bought home within the year that I had been informed was within the town boundaries, I had been also informed the town had two 5 decades to supply support or even the home could be deannexed. I've spoken towards the town supervisor/key of authorities Mr Mike Kittrel and also the reaction I get is we shall consider it. Today the Town is annexing more home Northern of me and really wants to consider twenty feet of my home to operate water and sewage lines that will be approximately half acre that I'll still need to maintenance and pay fees on that I'll not have the ability to utilize? And imagine of all of the cracks we informed about the Communist? Cheers for the moment Dave Ward/Lemon Fees?
