Dishonest, unprofessional, unreasonable, non-responsive

North American Loan Network has lead me to believe that I was geting a refund for their services in the amount of $4,000.00 if I was not satisfied wth what they provided me. I have not had an opportunity to utilize the services provided due to military obligations, i. E pre-deployment training, funerals for fallen Marines etc. So, I requested a refund for the $4,000.00, because I will be serving another tour for my country shortly.
I first requested a refund in January which was when I got back from a training evolution. I realized my priorities for the country right now are much greater. So I simply called and told them the situation and they said I was misinformed about the refund.

The services started on November 21st. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and spoke to Jeremy and Scott Heinrich ext 1001. I then spoke to Adam Carangelo ext 1030. Who initially provided the services. I requested a tape recording of the conversation so I could hear the guarantee the gave me about the refund. They have sent nothing.

I then Spoke to Jon Clark, Manager of sales ext 1000. He was friendly on the phone and seemed to try to find out what he could do. About 6 weeks later after emails and emails and phone calls, I have received no email back, no phone call back. I tried to be reasonable but they seem to take advantage of people when they can. It seems like they are waiting for me to go to Iraq so I wont be able to contact them anymore.

If I can't get my money back, I will insure everyone I know and more will be aware of their dedication to the people who fight for this country so the can live here and rip people off.
