North American Loan Network - NAL
Scam, non-responsive, dishonest ripoff

On Jan. 9, North American Loan Network contacted me about a home based internet business. Was contacted by Taylor Groffel who gave me brief information about the company. I told him that I wanted to do some research about the company before I would give committment. He asked me if I would like to hear more about company from his supervisor, Eli Gail. I agreeed to listen but again told Eli that I needed time to think over. He made offer
that if I was interested to give him my credit card number and he would give me a $100.00 discount if I decided to accept the program. He said he would send me more information in the mail.

After checking on the company and noted previous negative
complaints, I called back this next day (Jan. 10) and left message, to Eli, that I was not interested in doing business with them. He did not return my call. I checked on Jan. 11 with my credit card company and North American Loan had charged my account $100.00. I called and left message for Eli again and requested my money back. Again recieved no response. At this
point, I notified my credit card company to close my account as I was afraid NAL would withdraw more money on my account.

On Jan. 18, wrote a letter to the company. About three weeks later, I recieved a phone call from Scott Heinrich who said he was in charge of Customer Services for NAL. He said he had read my letter but could not refund my money without the approval of Eli. He said he would have Eli contact me in the next three to five days. Eli has never called me and it has been over a month.

Since this group is very unprofessional and apparent "scam artist", I am reporting to my card company to get refund.
