Took my money prior to getting any paper work signed and failed to give refund when requested

I contacted Homekeeper USA requesting information on their service. They responded quickly and described their services and offered a payment plan that fit the budget. I initially agreed to utilize their service with a foreclosure problem and thought I would need their services. I recieved an email with a bunch of forms to fill out and send back. During the time I spoke to my mortage company and they offered me a deal of their own which made things alot better and easier. I then requested a refund of the money which had been taken by Homekeeper USA. They initially said they would refund the money and needed a letter describing my circumstances and declination of their service. This was provided and they told me it would be 5 days and the refund should be provided.

I have call several times since all this was accomplished on October 22 and tried to speak to Joe Zola always getting voice mail or some other excuse as to why he could not take a call. It is now December 16 and still no refund. One not is that I never signed a single document authorizing Homekeepers to do any work or process anything, they still wanted a $695.00 processing fee for emailing me documents that were all pdf. Don't count on these people to do anything for you and don't expect to get a refund if you give them any money. They don't have any integrety and their guarantee doesn't mean squat!
