Non-refund of money, rip off, scam

I was talked into opening an account with Freedomfinancialcard and was explained to me that it was a credit card that I could use for purchases and cash advances. Never once did they tell me it was only good for goods in a catalog which they supply you with.

When I asked to cancel my account and asked for a refund of my $250.00, I was told it had been denied and would be only credited with a $250.00 in-store credit. I want and expect my refund in cash. Comapnies like this should not be allowed to thrive on the citizens of this country and it needs to stop.
