Xpress ripoff

I was called and harrassed on my job, they threaten to prosecute me. When they kept taking money from my account, I tried to contact them but I did not have a phone number. Everytime they attempted to take money out of my account they kept causing my account to be overdrawn. I made every effort to reach them but to no avail.

Sometime back in October of 06 I did an online cash loan and was approved. When it was time for disbursement a payment was deducted and subsequent would follow in that order. Unfortunately, when they attempted my account became constantly overdrawn. I try to make every way possible to reach them. Unfortuantely, the paperwork that was signed, I misplaced them. I tried to do various search engines to see if I could locate them I was not. What I decided to do was to put a stop payment, I figured that would be the best way and they could reach me. Today, I received a call from a Mr. Clive, I am assuming from their collection department. When he contacted me, I listened to what he had to say. Unfortunately, due to the contstant outsourcing alot these companies do. I was talking to someone with a heavy accent. He could not understand me. I asked him what is the amount to get the matter resolved, he went on to tell me that I would be extradicted to New jersey and that my name and picture would be in the newspaper for a wanted felon and that they will make every effort for me to lose my job and put behind bars. Now in all my life I have never stolen or defraud anyone. The saddest thing of the whole matter, here I am asking what is the amount. He kept reading from what I can imagine is a script of some kind. I asked him if I could speak with a supervisor, he refused. I then asked, if possibly he could get someone to translate so that we can communicate. Then he went on to curse me. I dont get this. I tried every effort. If someone has a number for these people could you please forward it to me.

The only reason why I put the stop payment is I could not locate these people. I would think if the check came back insufficent they would have tried to notify me.

Now the thing I cannot understand they want to prosecute me for me to lose my job and they say they want to make an example out of me. I told the man I wish to have the matter resolve, I dont get it.
