Bascially they will purchase 4 or 5 houses in your name take out the equity in the house leave you the shell after 2 years with 20k worth of mortgage payments that they paid for 2 years so you will bring in more friends and into it and suck more money out of you. Yet wait right before sucking last drop of money in the house they have you take credit cards out in your name and wire to an investment account and that is the last you hear from them...
